Alvin Yoder was fatally electrocuted while refilling a grain bin at the Yoder Family Farm (the Farm). The Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA) inspected the Farm and cited it for several safety violations. The Farm claims that MIOSHA lacked jurisdiction to issue the citations because Alvin was not a Farm...
