This case is back before this Court for a third time on remand from our Supreme Court. People v Scott, 509 Mich ___; 973 N.W.2d 306 (2022). Defendant appeals by right his jury-trial convictions of two counts of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree (CSC-I), MCL 750.520b(1)(e).1
