On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the May 7, 2021 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.305(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE Parts II, IV, and V of the judgment of the Court of Appeals. We also VACATE the portion of Part III holding that appellee Robert Davis had appellate standing. Because the Wayne Circuit Court denied Davis's motion to intervene, the Court of Appeals affirmed...
