On order of the Court, the motion to waive filing fees is DENIED, because MCL 600.2963(2) requires that a prisoner pursuing a civil action be liable for filing fees. Within 21 days of the certification of this order, the appellant shall either pay to the Clerk of the Court the $375.00 fee for his application or file a motion to temporarily waive the fee along with a current certificate of prisoner account activity showing his average monthly deposits and withdrawals...
