In these consolidated appeals, appellants in both cases claim an appeal by right of the July 12, 2021 opinion and order of the Court of Claims, which addressed the constitutionality of certain provisions of 2018 PA 608, granted summary disposition in part to plaintiffs, and dismissed the case. We affirm in part and
