Defendant Joshua M. Burger, appeals as of right his conviction of arson of insured real property, MCL 750.76(1)(b). Defendant was sentenced to 15 months to 20 years' imprisonment. We reverse, vacate defendant's conviction and sentence, and remand for a new trial.
