On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the March 27, 2019 order of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.305(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REMAND this case to the Oakland Circuit Court for reconsideration of the defendant's motion to suppress. On remand, the circuit court shall determine when the defendant was first seized for Fourth Amendment purposes. See People v. Jenkins,
