Per Curiam.

In this declaratory action, plaintiff, Christopher E. Kazor, appeals as of right the Court of Claims order granting summary disposition in favor of defendants. We affirm.

In July 2016, Kazor, a periodontist, settled a malpractice claim brought against him by a former patient. Kazor admitted no liability in settling the matter. Thereafter, the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) reported to the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs...
