Respondent, Julian M. Gordon, appeals as of right the final order issued by petitioner, the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs' Board of Psychology Disciplinary Subcommittee, which found that respondent, a psychologist, violated MCL 333.16221(b)(i) (incompetence) and suspended respondent's license. We affirm.
