Petitioner appeals the decision of the Michigan Tax Tribunal (Tribunal) that he was not entitled to a principal residence exemption (PRE) under MCL 211.7cc for the 2013, 2014, and 2015 tax years. Because the Tribunal made an error of law, we reverse.1
