On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the September 20, 2016 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered. Pursuant to MCR 7.305(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we VACATE that part of the judgment of the Court of Appeals reversing, without a showing of prejudice, the defendant's convictions because the trial court erred by joining his case with Todd Allen Wheeler's case for trial. We REMAND this case to the Court of Appeals...
