Defendant appeals by right his conviction, following a jury trial, of voluntary manslaughter, MCL 750.321. The trial court sentenced defendant as a second-offense habitual offender, MCL 769.10, to 120 to 270 months' imprisonment. The issues raised on appeal relate only to defendant's sentence. We affirm.
