This case arises out of a property ownership dispute between plaintiff, Chabad-Lubavitch of Michigan,1 and defendants. The property at the center of the dispute is currently titled in the name of defendant Sara Tugman Bais Chabad Torah Center of West Bloomfield (hereafter "Bais Chabad"). Plaintiff maintains that defendants are part of the Chabad-Lubavitch religious hierarchy and that the property must be titled in its name...
