In this medical malpractice action, plaintiff appeals by right a judgment of no cause of action entered by the trial court after a jury trial. Dr. Steven Drayer (hereafter defendant) performed ankle surgery on plaintiff. The surgery ultimately failed and plaintiff underwent further corrective surgeries, none of which to date has returned her ankle to full functionality.
