PER CURIAM.

Huron Mountain Club (HMC) appeals as of right the trial court's order granting summary disposition to defendant Marquette County Road Commission (Road Commission). On appeal, the HMC argues that the trial court erred by holding that the Road Commission's abandonment of County Road KK (the road) was invalid. We affirm.
