On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the April 9, 2013 judgment of the Court of Appeals is considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(H)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REVERSE the judgment of the Court of Appeals, and we VACATE the February 29, 2012 order of the Macomb Probate Court to the extent that it disallows the payment of $18,471.55 to the appellant Pavol Tkac and surcharges the appellant for that amount.
