After the Michigan Liquor Control Commission (the Commission) denied Maple BPA's application for a liquor license on the basis that it did not comply with Bloomfield Township's zoning ordinance (the ordinance), Maple BPA sought a declaratory judgment that the ordinance was unconstitutional...
