We granted defendant's delayed application for leave to appeal his convictions of first-degree home invasion, MCL 750.110a(2), resisting and obstructing a police officer, MCL 750.81d(1), and the second-degree murder of Livonia Police Officer Larry Nehasil, MCL 750.317.
