Plaintiff, Domenico Angelucci, appeals by delayed leave granted the trial court's order granting defendants' motion to change venue. Because the trial court correctly determined that venue is proper in Macomb County pursuant to MCL 600.1629(1)(b)(i), but MCR 7.215(J)(1) requires us to follow the rule of law announced in Provider Creditors Comm. v. United American Health Care Corp., 275 Mich.App. 90
