In these consolidated appeals defendant, Stormy Dean Collins, was charged with delivery of a controlled substance, methylphenidate (Ritalin), MCL 333.7401(2)(b)(ii) (Docket No. 300644), and defendant, Rodney Farrell Mason, was charged with possession with intent to deliver less than 5 kilograms of marijuana or fewer than 20 marijuana plants, MCL 333.7401(2)(d)(iii) (Docket No. 300645).
