PER CURIAM.

Amerisure Insurance Company appeals by right the trial court's order ruling that the commercial insurance policy Amerisure sold to DeBruyn Produce Company covered the losses caused when DeBruyn's former controller issued herself unauthorized checks from the payroll account. We affirm, because the facts in this case do not fall within any exception to coverage under the insurance contract between the parties.
