Defendant, Joshua Thomas Hincka, appeals by right an order denying his motion for a change of custody. We affirm.

I. FACTS

Defendant and plaintiff, Kristine Lee Wardell, were married on December 31, 2007, and divorced on January 5, 2010. Their consent judgment provided for joint legal and physical custody of their daughter, who was born on July 11, 2006.
