PER CURIAM.

In these consolidated appeals, the 15-year-old respondent, Cullen Tiemann, entered a plea of nolo contendere to a charge of third-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC III) involving a victim between the ages of 13 and 16.1 The trial court there-after denied his motion to withdraw his plea, which, in part, was based on Tiemann's alleged lack of knowledge that his plea would result in him having to register under the Sex Offenders...
