Defendant appeals as of right his convictions on three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b(1), and one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520d(1)(b). Defendant was acquitted of a fourth count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. Defendant was sentenced to 210 to 540 months' imprisonment for each conviction of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and 120 to 180 months' imprisonment for the conviction...
