PER CURIAM.

Defendant, the city of Pontiac (the City), appeals by right the circuit court's denial of its motion for summary disposition brought pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(7) on the basis of governmental immunity.1 We reverse and remand for entry of judgment in favor of the City.
