PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff brought this action to recover his gambling losses at defendant's casino pursuant to MCL 600.2939(1). The parties filed cross-motions for summary disposition. The trial court denied plaintiff's motion and granted defendant's motion under MCR 2.116(C)(8). Plaintiff now appeals as of right and we affirm.
