PER CURIAM.

Defendant, Wayne Snyder, appeals by delayed leave granted an order holding that his purported disclaimer of life insurance proceeds was void and directing that 90 percent of those proceeds be paid to plaintiff, the State Treasurer, in partial reimbursement for the cost of defendant's incarceration as mandated by the State Correctional Facility Reimbursement Act (SCFRA), MCL 800.401 et seq. We affirm.
