AmT CADC Venture, LLC, formerly known as AmTrust Bank,1 appeals the trial court's grant of summary disposition to plaintiff, Jeddo Drywall, Inc., and counter-plaintiff/cross-plaintiff, Stock Building Supply, LLC. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
