Defendant appeals by right his convictions by a jury of kidnapping, MCL 750.349, armed robbery, MCL 750.529, and first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC-I), MCL 750.520b(1)(c). Defendant was acquitted of felony-firearm, MCL 750.227b, and two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, (CSC-II), MCL 750.520c(1)(c).
