The prosecution appeals as of right orders suppressing evidence seized from defendant's home and the resultant dismissal of the drug and weapons charges against defendant. The prosecution argues that the trial court erred when it concluded that defendant's Fourth Amendment right to be free from unreasonable searches and seizures was violated because police officers conducted a warrantless search of defendant's condemned home that he was unlawfully occupying...
