PER CURIAM.

Defendant Michael Meeks appeals as of right his sentence of 21 to 72 months' imprisonment after a jury found him guilty of assault with a dangerous weapon, MCL 750.82. The court sentenced defendant as a second-offense habitual offender, MCL 769.10. We affirm.
