Defendant appeals as of right from a grant of summary disposition to plaintiff under MCR 2.116(C)(10). The undisputed evidence showed that plaintiff suffered psychological injuries from witnessing the death of her son in a motor vehicle accident. We hold that the trial court correctly concluded that plaintiff's injuries arose out of the use of a motor vehicle as a motor vehicle and that she was therefore entitled to no-fault personal insurance protection...
