Defendant appeals by right his jury convictions of third-degree fleeing and eluding, MCL 257.602a(3)(a), and driving while his license was suspended, MCL 257.904(1). The trial court sentenced defendant as a fourth-offense habitual offender, MCL 769.12, to concurrent terms of three years' probation and 365 days' imprisonment, with credit for 22 days served, for the fleeing-and-eluding conviction and 365 days' imprisonment with credit for 22 days...
