In this forfeiture action, claimants Gerald Ostipow and Royetta Ostipow1 appeal by right the trial court's order granting plaintiff's motion for summary disposition. The trial court denied claimants' motion for reconsideration but granted claimants' motion for stay provided claimants posted a $150,000 bond.
