Plaintiff appeals as of right the trial court's order granting summary disposition in defendants' favor and holding that defendants were entitled to coverage under defendant John Allen Booth's homeowner's insurance policy. We reverse and remand for the entry of summary disposition in plaintiff's favor. This appeal has been decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(E).
