PER CURIAM.
Defendant appeals as of right an order denying its motion for summary disposition and an order denying reconsideration and granting plaintiff's motion to compel discovery. We affirm the denial of summary disposition and the denial of reconsideration, but we vacate the order compelling discovery and remand the case for further proceedings.
