PER CURIAM.

Defendant appeals as of right her jury conviction of failing to pay child support in violation of MCL 750.165, for which she was sentenced to probation for one year. We affirm.

Following a divorce in June 2003, defendant was ordered to pay child support to her ex-husband, Elive Likine, who was awarded physical custody of their three minor children. The child support initially was $54 a month, but was eventually raised to $181 a month. Apparently...
