In this case alleging medical malpractice, defendant Cardiovascular Clinical Associates, P.C. (CCA), appeals by leave granted the circuit court's order denying its motion for summary disposition. We reverse.

The relevant facts are not disputed. Plaintiff1 has colon cancer, which was diagnosed in November 2005. He had treated with defendant Dr. Mansoor G. Naini before his cancer diagnosis. He claims that Dr. Naini failed...
