Plaintiff, a teacher at St. Mary's Elementary School in Mount Morris, filed this action against defendants, alleging violation of the Michigan Civil Rights Act (CRA), MCL 37.2101 et seq., and violation of the Whistleblowers' Protection Act (WPA), MCL 15.361 et seq., after her contract was not renewed for the 2005-2006 school year.
