Although the primary issue raised in this appeal is a rather straightforward application of the principle of accord and satisfaction, the cross-appeal raises an interesting jurisdictional question regarding whether a challenge to a post-judgment order denying attorney fees may be raised as part of a cross-appeal from the original judgment itself.
