Plaintiff Johnson Acho ("plaintiff") appeals as of right an order granting defendant Wells Fargo Bank NA, ("Wells Fargo") summary disposition. The order held that defendants Bok Yeon Kim and Bok Keon Kim (the "Kims") fully paid a promissory note, and that plaintiff failed to discharge the mortgage securing the note. Wells Fargo cross-appeals an order denying an award of attorneys' fees claimed as "actual damages" under MCL 565.44...
