In these consolidated appeals, plaintiff Dr. Kuo-Chun Chen appeals by leave granted the trial court's orders granting summary disposition in favor of defendant Wayne State University (the University). In Docket Number 283420, Chen argues that the trial court, which was sitting as the circuit court, erred when it dismissed under MCR 2.116(C)(10) Chen's claims of age and national origin discrimination and retaliation...
