In these consolidated appeals, the prosecutor appeals by leave granted the trial court's orders granting motions by defendants Terri Lea Benjamin, Kimberly Jane Heniser, and Julia Ann Zdybel for the destruction of fingerprint and arrest cards by the arresting agency or the Michigan State Police. Each defendant pleaded guilty of possession of less than 25 grams cocaine, MCL 333.7403(2)(a)(v). The trial court granted all three defendants deferral status...
