SERVITTO, J.

Plaintiff appeals as of right the trial court's order granting summary disposition in favor of defendants. We affirm.

Defendant Thomas Donall is the president of defendant 1247 Center Street, LLC, a company that owns X-Cel, a nightclub located in the city of Lansing.
