PER CURIAM.

In this first-party case under the no-fault act, MCL 500.3101 et seq., defendant appeals as of right from an order denying its motion for summary disposition and granting plaintiff's counter-motion for summary disposition. Plaintiff cross-appeals, challenging the denial of attorney fees. We affirm. This appeal has been decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(E).
