Amex Assurance Company (Amex) appeals as of right the trial court's order granting Geico Indemnity Company's motion for summary disposition and denying Amex's cross-motion for summary disposition. Plaintiff cross-appeals from the trial court's order denying his motion for case evaluation sanctions against Amex and for attorney fees pursuant to the no-fault act. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for entry of a judgment in plaintiff's favor...
