PER CURIAM.

Defendant appeals as of right a judgment in plaintiff's favor that includes the amount secured by plaintiff's lien, as well as interest, costs, and attorney fees, in this case arising from defendant's violation of the foreclosure notice provision of MCL 559.208(9). We vacate the judgment and remand for entry of a judgment in plaintiff's favor for nominal damages only.
