PER CURIAM.

Plaintiff appeals as of right from the trial court's July 27, 2007, order dismissing its complaint. On appeal, plaintiff argues that the trial court erred when it granted summary disposition in favor of Ron Stewart, Jamie Cooley, Ron Shiver and the Michigan Church of God (MCG).1 Plaintiff further argues that the trial court erred when it denied his second motion to amend his complaint. We affirm.
