Defendant was convicted by a jury of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, MCL 750.520b(1)(a), and was sentenced as a second-offense habitual offender, MCL 769.10, to 10 to 40 years' imprisonment. He appeals as of right. We affirm. This appeal has been decided without oral argument pursuant to MCR 7.214(E).
