Defendant State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company appeals by right the judgment entered on a jury award of no-fault benefits under MCL 500.3107 for the plaintiff, Jorge Morales. No-fault personal protection insurance benefits (so-called "PIP benefits") are payable for "accidental bodily injury arising out of the ownership, operation, maintenance or use of a motor vehicle as a motor vehicle."
